Individual Therapy

OCD Treatment

Specialized care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold standard for OCD and related disorders. ERP helps you face intrusive thoughts and compulsions in a in a safe, supportive way, gradually reducing their power over your life. I have expertise in providing highly individualizing ERP to meet the needs of clients with complex presentations and co-occurring neurodiversity, often varying pacing and session structure to promote engagement, build motivation, and collaboratively move towards values based goals. I often incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches alongside of ERP.

Autism Testing

Comprehensive, affirming assessments for autism, with expertise in both straightforward and complex presentations. I have research and clinical expertise in complex presentations, including groups often under-identified (such as girls and women, racial and ethnic minorities, and those with late diagnoses). Testing goes beyond checklists to include careful clinical interviews, performance-based measures, and input from multiple sources when needed. The goal is to provide clarity and offer practical, individualized recommendations that support self-understanding, advocacy, and next steps for growth.

Comprehensive Testing

Includes standardized measures of intellectual abilities (IQ), as well as assessments of emotional, behavioral, and social functioning. Includes evaluation for ADHD, ASD, and learning disorders. The goal is to provide clear, actionable insights that help guide diagnosis, treatment planning, educational supports, and decision-making.
